How the practice works

Cancellations

Please tell us a day ahead if you cannot come, so someone else can have the time. A missed visit may carry a fee, and you see it in writing before your first visit. If your clinic moves a date, call us and we move yours.

Clean needles and safety

We use sterile, single-use needles, open them in front of you and put them in a sharps container after one use. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before the first needle and answers every question. Needles can cause light bleeding, bruising or soreness, and, rarely, more serious problems that your acupuncturist describes.

What we share

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We send nothing to your clinic or your doctor unless you ask us in writing.

Access

The suite is on the second floor with an elevator. Tell us what you need: a lower table, a visit without scents, extra time. We plan the visit with you before you arrive.
