How it works with your clinic
Four steps, and your clinic is in every one of them.

Step 1: You tell us the clinic and the dates
At booking you give us the clinic's name and the dates it has given you. We ask for nothing else about your care in the form.

Step 2: We book around them
We offer early, late and Saturday slots. If a date moves, call the front desk and we move your visit.

Step 3: You tell your clinic
Let your clinic know you are coming to us. Some clinics have their own preferences, and we follow your clinic's.

Step 4: We send a summary, if you ask
A short note after a visit, only with your written okay and only to the address you give us.
What we share, and with whom
A note on privacy, because this is about your care.
The contact form on this site asks for your name, email, phone, how to reach you and one free message. It does not ask for the name of your clinic or anything about your treatment. We ask for those at your first visit, and only what we need to plan around.
We tell no one that you are a patient here. We speak with your clinic only when you ask us to in writing, and you can take that back at any time.
What we leave to your clinic
Your medicines, your timing and your results stay with your clinic. We don't read a result, change a dose or tell you what to do next.
